Development. PBS is constantly looking for opportunities and alliances to create profit a net worth through the intelligent acquisition, assemblage and development of raw land - be it for a fee or in a joing venture with like-minded investors. Our development and land planning resume includes:

Tenant Improvement. We work with you and some of the best architects and engineers in the business to transform a blank (or vanilla) canvas into a realization of your specific visions and needs.

An example of our work in this area is the recently completed construction of a 2,000 square foot satellite office for Dr. John Sotos's Riveredge Pediatrics in the new Westar secion of Westerville, which, according to Dr. Sotos, was completed at a 30% savings compared to what other builders would have charged him.

Ohio Orthopedic Medical Properties took occupancy in December 2006 of a 4830 sq foot Rehabilitation Facility located at 4604-4606 Sawmill Road, which was one of the last 8 buildings to be completed at the Officescapes at Sawmill Road project. PBS is in the stage of completing the MRI Tenant Improvement for their facility located at 4605 Sawmill Road.
